(1.) The present Writ Appeal came to be filed assailing the order, dated 20.3.2019, in W.P.No.3825 of 2019, wherein the learned Single Judge of this Court, at the stage of admission, dismissed the writ petition imposing costs.
(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri Kalava Suresh Kumar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

As seen from the record, the aforesaid writ petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land belonging to the petitioner situated in Sy.No.611-B covered by Layout No.66/82 of Balajinagar, Nellore, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, which was registered in favour of the petitioner by respondent No.3 vide document No.2113, dated 23.02.2013, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere and not to make any construction on the said land belonging to the petitioner.
