JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

(2.) The petitioners are accused in Crime No.124 of 2020 of Martur Police Station, Prakasam District.

(3.) The offences registered against them are under Sections 20(c) r/w 8 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "N.D.P.S. Act").
