JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Ongole in W.C.No.10 of 2004 dtd. 16/7/2005.

(2.) The applicants before the Commissioner under Workmen's Compensation ("Commissioner', for short) are the appellants. The respondents therein are the respondents herein.

(3.) Golla @ Somasila Ramakrishna is the son of the appellants. He died on account of electrocution on 10/1/2004 at about 3.00 a.m. while undergoing treatment in Government General Hospital, Guntur.
