JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C."), to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest.

(2.) The petitioner is one of the accused in Crime No.407 of 2020 of Nandikotkur Police Station, Kurnool District.

(3.) The offences registered against him are under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 29(3) of the Insecticides Act, 1968.
