JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

(2.) The petitioner is A-4 in Crime No.88 of 2020 of Chintoor Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.

(3.) The offences registered against the petitioner are under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "N.D.P.S. Act").
