JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri A.Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Naga Phaneendra, learned counsel representing Sri K.Rathangapani Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent.

(2.) This petition is filed to transfer FCOP No.276 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Court of learned Family Judge, Rajamahendravaram, on to the file of the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala.

(3.) The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. She is a resident of Piduguralla of Guntur District. The respondent is a resident of Rajahmundry. Their marriage was celebrated on 08.05.2015 as per applicable rites and customs. For certain reasons, which are not relevant for the present purpose, both of them have been living separately from each other. They have two issues, out of this marriage.
