JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both these Criminal Petitions are filed by the same petitioner - Smt. Kanaka Durga, as such, they are disposed of by this common order.

(2.) Criminal Petition No. 4254 of 2010, under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner - accused No. 2 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. 131 of 2010 of Satyanarayanapuram Police Station, Vijayawada registered for the offence under Sections 420 IPC and 4 and 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999.

(3.) Criminal Petition No. 4255 of 2010, under Section 438 Cr.P.C, is filed by the petitioner - accused No. 3 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. 183 of 2010 of Satyanarayanapuram Police Station, Vijayawada registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC.
