JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Court issued rule nisi on 9-4-2008.

(2.) Counter affidavit had been filed on behalf of respondents and reply affidavit also had been filed by the petitioner.

(3.) This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to register the Sale Deed in respect of house No. 1, Housing Board Colony, Rajampet, Sanga Reddy, Medak District in favour of the petitioner and pass such other suitable orders.
