(1.) Heard both the counsel.

(2.) For the sake of convenience the parties will be referred to as per their array in the original suit.

(3.) The suit schedule property is an extent of Acs. 2-00 in Sy. No. 38/10 at Nishan Ghat village in Adilabad Mandal, Adilabad District bounded by East - land bearing Sy. No. 53, West - Land bearing Sy. No. 38, South - land bearing Sy. No. 54 and North - land bearing Sy. No. 38.
