ADARSH MODEL SCHOOL Vs. RAM TIRATH & ORS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) BRIEFLY stated the facts are that Sh. Ram Tirath had filed complaint against Principal, Adarsh Model School, Chandigarh -OP No. 1, Sanjay Public School -OP No. 2, National Institute of Open Schooling -OP No. 3 and National Institute of Open Schooling -OP No. 4 to the effect that he had got his two sons namely Niraj Kumar and Ashish Kumar admitted for examination of 10th Class from the National Open School in the Adarsh Model School -OP No. 1 and the latter assured that these two boys would be able to appear in the 10th Class examination of National Institute of Open Schooling -OP No. 4. He had paid Rs. 20,000 in all. OPs failed to supply the study material and no coaching was given, so, these two boys could not take examination and precious one year of their life was wasted.

(2.) ALLEGING deficiency in service, the complaint was filed.

(3.) PRINCIPAL , Adarsh School and Sanjay Public School did not appear to contest the case and hence, they were proceeded against ex parte.
