JUDGEMENT

(1.) DISSATISFIED with the order dated 30.8.2010 of the learned District Forum, South Goa, the Opposite Party in complaint No. 66/2001 has filed the present appeal.

(2.) SOME facts are required to be stated to dispose of the same.

(3.) THE complainant is the owner of pre -owned 1987 Mahindra jeep bearing registration No. BLB -2752. The complainant had insured the said jeep with National Insurance Co. Ltd., for a declared value of Rs. 1.25 lakh.
