(3.) THE order, which we propose to pass, there is no need to issue notices to the respondents and call for their reply. However, Shri Sanjay Goyal, nodal officer of the PGIMER appeared and did not object to the disposal of the OA on the above lines. He submitted that they may be given two months time to take a final view on the pending investigation.
