JUDGEMENT

(1.) The case set up by the petitioner is that he was appointed by the School Managing Committee of Gandhipara, Balijhora & Rajpur SSA UP School as a teacher on consolidated salary vide letter dated 03.01.1999 and thereafter, was appointed by the District Mission Co-ordinator, SSA West Garo Hills, Tura in the year 2010 on consolidated payment of Rs. 3000.00 per month in the said school. Appointment of the petitioner was approved by the Joint District Mission Coordinator, SSA Dadenggre, West Garo Hills, Meghalaya.

(2.) The petitioner is performing his duty, but his salary w.e.f. April 2018 has not been released. Despite repeated request, the salary has not been disbursed hence, the instant petition.
