JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. B.K. Singh, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that pursuant to this Court's order dated 16. 12. 2025, steps for issuance of notice upon the respondent No.2 Dr. Shuvo Dutta has been taken by way of substitution method, that is by publication of the said notice in the local newspaper (The Telegraph) which is widely circulated in the state of West Bengal and also within the vicinity of the area where the said respondent No. 2 is said to reside.

(2.) The learned counsel has submitted that an affidavit of service in this regard has been filed with a digital copy of the extract of the said newspaper filed before this Court, wherein is found the copy of the said notice. However, it is prayed that hard copy of the said notice may be allowed to be filed in court in due course.

(3.) The learned counsel has then submitted that this matter may be taken up for admission hearing on the next date fixed.
