JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4 (original complainant) state that they are ready to go in for mediation. Accordingly, both the parties to appear before the mediator so appointed by the High Court Mediation Committee on Monday i.e., 9/2/2026 at 5.00 p,m, after which the Mediator to give dates convenient to the parties and the Mediator. Both the parties i.e., the petitioner and the respondent No. 4 to cooperate with the Mediator.

(2.) Stand over to 19/2/2026.

(3.) Since the parties are exploring the possibility of amicable settlement, the proceeding before the trial court is stayed till the next date.
