JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI who has submitted that as directed by this Court, the copies of the proceedings of the Security Force Court of the Border Security Force (BSF) is produced before this Court and may be handed over to the Court as and when called for. However, as far as the prayer of the petitioner for inspection of the same, the learned DSGI has submitted that there is a clear provision under the rules, particularly Rule 129 of BSF Rules which provides for supply of copies of such proceedings to the petitioner if the same is applied for.
