JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. Gurung, learned GA appearing on behalf of the State respondent. Before proceeding with the merits of the matter, the learned counsels have submitted that the C.D of Umiam P.S. Case No. 04 (01) of 2023 under Sec. 307/326/34 IPC may be called for by this Court so as to know the status of the case and the complicity of the accused therein. Accordingly, as prayed for, the C.D of the said Umiam P.S. Case No. 04 (01) of 2023 be produced before this Court on the next date fixed. Prosecution is directed to take steps accordingly. As prayed for by the parties, list this matter on 20/4/2023 for production of C.D. and further orders.
