JUDGEMENT

(1.) By communication dtd. 15/3/2022 issued by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms (B) Department, it is seen that the petitioner deceased husband has been approved for regularization. The deceased employee's name appears at Serial No. 51 in the said list. He was appointed on ad hoc basis on 24/7/1990 and expired on 11/1/2020, while in service.

(2.) As his name has been approved for regularization, nothing remains for further consideration and the matter accordingly stands closed and disposed of.

(3.) However, it is directed to the respondents complete the process as expeditiously as possible.
