KIMFA S. MARBANIANG Vs. STATE OF MEGHALAYA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for substitution of the applicant in place of the deceased petitioner namely; Smti Deoris Marbaniang who expired on 5/6/2021.

(2.) Mr. S. Thapa, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the applicant is the son of the deceased petitioner, as such he prays that he may be substituted in place of his mother. The same is not objected to by Mr. B. Bhattacharjee, learned AAG for the State respondents.

(3.) Accordingly, the applicant shall stand substituted in place of the deceased petitioner.
