JUDGEMENT

(1.) Dr. N. Mozika, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. P.N. Nongbri, learned counsel is present on behalf of the respondent No. 1. Mr. R. Debnath, learned CGG is present on behalf of the respondent No. 2 and 3 and Mr. D. Warjri, learned counsel is present on behalf of the respondent No. 4. Mr. K. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that steps have already been taken to serve notice upon the respondent No. 5.

(2.) In view of the order passed in MC (CRP) No. 1 of 2021, nothing survives for consideration in the instant revision application, only that the matter should proceed for trial in accordance with law.

(3.) The instant Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
