JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for substitution under Order XXII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure for substitution of the deceased appellant (L) Smti Trillian Synteng by the appellant/applicant Smti Jopsilin Nongdhar who is stated to be the youngest daughter of the appellant.

(2.) None appears on behalf of the respondent. On perusal of the materials as placed, this application is accordingly allowed, the name of the applicant be substituted in place of the original appellant.

(3.) Cause title/petition be corrected accordingly and the instant Misc. Case stands disposed of.
