JUDGEMENT

(1.) By the instant Misc. application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking suspension of the order 29/9/2021 i.e. Annexure-VI of the writ petition, whereby election of the Nayapara Village Employment Council has been announced to be held on 26/10/2021.

(2.) Considering the grievances that have been raised with regard to the non-completion of various projects, and also the candidature of certain candidates, it is made clear that the election shall be subject to the result of the writ petition.

(3.) Accordingly, the instant Misc. Case stands disposed of.
