JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Misc. Application has been registered in the main petition on the basis of a letter petition dated 15.05.2020 addressed to Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

(2.) A perusal of the letter which has been written by one Joannes JTL Lamare is for appropriate directions to be issued by this Court on home quarantining of people returning to the State of Meghalaya from other parts of India especially from areas falling under RED ZONES. The author of the letter has highlighted the deficiencies with regard to the procedures that have been followed by the State machinery in facilitating and implementing quarantine measures.
