JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ms. S. Nongsiej, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may allowed to withdraw the instant revision application and to file the same before the appropriate Court i.e. Judge, District Council Court, Shillong.

(2.) Prayer is allowed, the matter is disposed of on withdrawal, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
