JUDGEMENT

AT the relevent time, the Secretary and Manager of the third respondent School was one Shivram Patre, he was also a member of the managing Committee convened to select a candidate for the post of l. D. C. / Librarian for the third respondent School. He is also the petitioner's brother, who has filed the present Writ Petition for setting aside the School's letter, dated 17th November, 1988 cancelling his appointment as L. D. C. / Librarian.

In this case, while as many as 22 candidates were called for interview for this post), it was the petitioner, who as a result of the machinations of his worthy brother Shivram Patre and in blatant abuse of his authority as member of the Selection Committee and Secretary and Manager of the school, managed to secure the post, his lack of qualifications notwithstanding.
