(3.) Pursuant to an order of 17th October 2019 the Receiver was scheduled to take possession of the premises in question from the Applicant Mr Rajiv Narain. The premises are Flat No. 1 on the 33rd floor of Type 'CC,, Buuilding No. 1,, 'CBu, WBing, Imperial Heights, Malad Goregaon Link Road, Goregaon (WBest), Mumbai 400 062.
