JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S. B. Gandhe, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. S.M. Ghodeswar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

(2.) Initially, learned counsel for the applicant did not pray for adjournment.
