(1.) Heard Mr. Nagaraj Rama Kale, the Petitioner who appears in person. Mr. Devidas J. Pangam, learned Advocate General along with Mr. Pravin N. Faldessai, Additional Government Advocate appears for Respondents no. 1, 2 and 4.
