JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Respondents waive service. By consent, Rule is made returnable forthwith.

(2.) By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners are claiming the following two reliefs:-

The factual background in which these reliefs are claimed is that the petitioner is a partnership firm duly registered under the Indian Partnership Act , 1932, having its registered office at the address mentioned in the cause title and is inter alia engaged in the business of import and sale of pulses, cereals, spices etc.
