JUDGEMENT

(1.) These applications for bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are taken up together for decision since they arise from one and the same crime i. e. Crime No. 0288/2019, registered at Naldurg Police Station, District Osmanabad for ofences punishable under Sections 420 , 406 , 407 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard Mr. R. N. Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants and Mr. S. Y. Mahajan, learned A. P. P. for the State. Perused the First Information Report (F. I. R. ) and documents relied upon.

(3.) Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1413/2019 is Senior General manager of "Vaishno Devi Food Products Pvt. Ltd. (for short the Company), while applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1414/2019 is General Manager and applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1415/2019 is Chairman and Managing Director. The Company is in the business of manufacturing of milk products namely milk powder, cooking butter and ghee etc.
