The Petitioners who are staff nurses at the Goa Medical College by instituting this Petition question the promotions of Respondents No.7 to 13 to the post of Ward Sister vide two separate promotion orders dated 14th September, 2017 and corrigendum dated 6th October, 2017. These orders are placed on record as Exhibit A-colly and are to be found at pages 97 to 101 of the paper book.
