RATNAKAR MANIKRAO GUTTE Vs. STATE OF MAHARASHTRA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By filing Criminal Application Nos. 2866/2019 and 1861/2019 in the aforesaid respective bail applications, the applicants therein have prayed for permission to assist the prosecution. For the reasons stated in the said applications, they are permitted to assist the prosecution.

(2.) Since both the bail applications are arising out of the crime No.293/2017 registered at Gangakhed police station for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, read with 34 of Indian Penal Code , they were heard together and I deem it appropriate to decide both these applications by a common reasoning.

(3.) Bail application No.956/2019 is filed by accused No.5, viz. Ratnakar Manikrao Gutte, whereas bail application No.542/2019 is filed by accused Nos.1, 2 and 3. Regular Bail Applications filed by these applicants have been rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge.
