JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for bail in connection with C.R. No. 316 of 2018 dated 14/07/2018 registered with Juhu Police Station, Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the charge sheet.

(3.) The first information report is lodged by Mr.Nagesh Vaidikar, Production Manager, employed with M/s.Pooja Films Company.
