JUDGEMENT

(1.) These appeals are filed by unsuccessful plaintiffs.

(2.) Plaintiffs' application for temporary injunction is rejected. Application filed by the defendant Nos. 1 to 6 claiming injunction has been allowed, and the plaintiffs have been restrained from interfering in defendants' property bearing survey No. 51/2.

(3.) Case proceeds on admitted facts as to location and identification of suit passage and survey numbers surrounding thereto.
