(1.) THIS matter is listed before the Full Bench for directions today. We have heard the Counsel, perused the pleadings. It is brought to our notice that another Reference has been made by Learned Single Judge of this Court bearing Arbitration Petition No. 370/2006 and Arbitration Petition No. 457/2006. Let that reference be also placed before this Full Bench as the question of law involved is stated to be identical.

(2.) REGISTRY to inform the Counsels appearing in that case of the next date of hearing within two days from today. Liberty to the Counsel appearing in the present reference to inform the Counsel appearing in that reference by giving private notice.
