(2.) Both these petitions can be conveniently disposed off by this common Judgment as the issue raised is common, and the issue is that they, the Petitioners, could not have been retired at the age of 58 years and were entitled to continue in service till the age of 60 years.

(3.) Some more facts are required to be stated to dispose off these petitions.
