(3.) By this petition the petitioner challenges the order dated 1.9.2004 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Jr. Dn., Khamgaon in Regular Civil Suit No. 156/01 by which the trial court permitted the respondents 1 and 2 to file written statement.
