(1.) This is an appeal by the State for enhancement of the sentence.

(2.) Accused No 2 is the son of accused No. 1. On 9th September 1973-, the Food Inspector purchased sample of ground nut oil, The Public Analyst found that it contained 50persent of groundnut oil mixed

(3.) The accused pleaded,not guilty to the charge and claimed to be tried.
