JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The appellants herein are convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 367 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for seven years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000.00, in default to suffer further rigorous imprisonment for six months.
