Criminal Revision Application No. 27/2018 is filed by the complainant Archana Dhok and Criminal Revision Application No. 52/2018 is filed by the State of Maharashtra against the order passed by Special Judge, Bhandara in Special Criminal Case No. 7/2015 dated 4-12-2017 by which accused is discharged.
