JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal by the claimant, who is dissatisfied with the quantum of the compensation awarded by the Tribunal.

(3.) The respondent had resisted the application and denied that the accident had taken place due to the rash and negligent driving, injuries suffered by the claimant, and the compensation claimed therefor.
