JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 11th April, 2008, this Court had issued notice of final disposal, in response whereof, the respondents are present before this Court.

(3.) Petitioners' grievance is that though proviso to Rule 36 [1] of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing [Regulation] Rules, 1967 provides as follows:-
