(2.) This petition is listed on board in view of Civil Application No. 3150 of 2008 seeking dismissal of Contempt Petition.

(3.) The ground put forth is that the interim order dated 13th March, 2002 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4319 of 2001 has now merged into a final order, since the said petition is decided by Judgment and Order dated 13th February, 2007. Even Review Application arising therefrom is dismissed.
