JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this Appeal, the appellants are challenging the order dated 8th February, 2007 passed by the learned Single judge which was passed with regard to an Originating Summons seeking opinion/answers on the following questions which were answered as indicated against each question ;

(2.) The learned Senior Counsel Dr. Tulzapurkar pointed out that the reasons given by the learned Judge with regard to question Nos. 1 and 2 are as under :

(3.) Dr. Tulzapurkar, the learned Senior Counsel gave a brief out-line of the entire matter starting right from the year 1906 till 8th February, 2007.
