DEEPAK KISHORE KALTARI Vs. STATE OF MAHARASHTRA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned advocate for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) The applicants are apprehending arrest in respect of complaint lodged against the applicants by Ms.Suman Deepak Kaltari alias Ms. Suman Gopalkrishnan Bhatt or Mr.Gopalkrishnan Bhatt at Crime Branch, having office at Police Line, Sector No.30, Faridabad, Haryana. The said case is mainly under Sec. 498-A of IPC.

(3.) The learned advocate has prayed for a limited relief i.e. the applicants may be protected upto 10/10/2008 so that they can approach the concerned Court in Haryana. In this view of the matter, I am inclined to grant said prayer in this application.
