JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE appellants are aggrieved by the impugned order of the learned Single Judge dated 30th August 1966 by which, in addition to other reliefs, the learned Single Judge granted interim order in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the notice of motion taken out by the respondent No.1. The prayer clauses (a) and (b) read as follows :-

(2.) THE appellants are aggrieved in so far as injunction in terms of prayer (a) is concerned. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties at length. We are of the opinion that the grievance of the appellants can be met if the following clarification is made in so far as the injunction in terms of prayer (a) is concerned :-
