(1.) I have heard Shri Shah for the petitioner and Shri Sawant for the respondents.
(2.) In view of the above position, the petitioner has got alternate remedy open in Civil Court and it is not necessary to entertain this petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
