(2.) BOTH the petitions have been filed for quashing FIR in C.R.No.440 of 1994 (in first petition) and FIR in C.R.No.29 of 95 (in second petition).
(3.) SO far as the second petition is concerned, the respondent No.4 is a complainant-first informant. According to him, petitioner introduced to him Ripin Navratan Nigotia and his father Navratan Nigotia in 1979, thereafter both these father and son entered into transactions between themselves which continued till 1994 and in October 1994 there were four transactions from 16.10.1994 to 20.10.1994 in which the father and son collected diamonds worth Rs.78 lacs for showing them to the prospective buyers but thereafter both of them became unavailable and the complainant first informant could contact Ripin Nigotia. He gave evasive replies and refused to pay the price of the diamonds or to return the diamonds and in that background complaint for cheating etc. was filed by the said Bharat Jhaveri respondent No.4 to the G.B.C.B., C.I.D.
