JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr.Marwadi for petitioners and Mrs.Joshi, APP for State.

(2.) THIS application for bail is filed by the 10 accused involved in double murder case. Their earlier application for bail was rejected by this court in Criminal Application No.1386 of 1996 by order dated 16th January, 1997. It is stated by Mr.Marwadi and endorsed by Mrs.Joshi, learned APP, that the matter is placed for trial in the lower Court and the same is posted for trial on 18th November 1997. Since the matter is already posted for trial and their earlier application for is rejected, the present application for bail cannot be entertained. Hence, this application for bail if rejected. The lower Court is directed to dispose of the trial expeditiously.
