JUDGEMENT

(1.) Respondent No.4 being a formal party, stands deleted from the proceedings.

(2.) The Petitioner/Management is aggrieved by the judgment of the University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad dated 19.06.1997 by which Appeal No.BAMU07/1997 filed by the Appellant/Respondent No.1 herein was allowed and the Appellant was restored to the position of the Head of the Department of Medicine in the Petitioner/Establishment.

(3.) This Court had not granted interim relief to the Petitioner while admitting this petition on 14.01.1998.
